i'm no longer able to disrespect that which i do no longer think in. in spite of if, if as a theist you're making particular claims approximately your god, then it somewhat is open season. this is no longer the assumption of god that bothers every person (I firmly help all and sundry's rights to have them), that's once you're making particular claims approximately your deity and how that is affecting the real worldwide we see that will advance themes. to illustrate, in case you're saying god does not choose gay human beings to marry, or needs me to grant 10% of my money to a Church, or that he created the earth a technique or the different, I fairly have each and every staggering to call for evidence and say you're incorrect. Please do no longer confuse the two. As a theist, you disrespect the ideals of different imaginary gods each and all of the time, in which you refuse to correctly known that Zeus, Allah or the different god is real, and reject their particular claims as incorrect each and all of the time.

I think that anyone who does not believe in the Divine (in what ever form) lacks something and that is why they have to put these sarcastic comments - I feel sorry for them really!
I believe in the Goddess and the God - hence I say Divine!

I believe in God because His existence is proven. And yeah, there are some people who doesn't believe in God and keep on mocking the ones who believed in God. I hate that! They have their own opinions to not believe. Just leave the believers alone! It's not that hard.

I believe in God. I believe his son died for my sins. I believe in the second coming. It doesn't bother me that I get thumbed down for my beliefs. I usually give "smarty" remarks for answers, but this one subject that I feel it is inappropriate to do so. Hope you get the answers you're looking for.

i have wondered why people fight and argue against something they dont believe in the first place, i dont see the point. im not sure they are in fact athiest and not just grabbing the label, as it seems to be something cool to wear.
my opinion is they are more "anti- religion" than embracing a belief of "nothingness".
it also seems you and i dont share the same perspective, but i see no point in arguing with you about something that doesnt play a factor in my life

Wow, I really want to see an honest answer here. I'm catholic so I can't really answer this but I want to be able to find out the best answer because I have experienced this a lot with religious and spiritual questions on here. Thanks for posting it!

i never disrespect anyones beliefs.Unfortunately alot of people will mock any ones belief,wether about religion or general life and the way they want to live it.
