NEGATIVE!

I'm pretty down about it, but I also know it's not the end yet. I'm just so tired of seeing the stark-white pee sticks. On top of it, my sister just told me that she got a BFP on Friday at home...sigh...

At night I seem to have sore boobs, but it's less noticeable during the day unless I press them. Last night at dinner I felt like AF was coming, but it's not due until Thurs/Fri. I hope I don't get my period this month, but I just have this feeling that it will.

Seeing other women get BFPs so early on just depresses me.

Since you say 12 dpo, I will assume that you are charting, so you know you are ovulating and not just using an OPK test. All the OPK does is tell you that you have an LH surge and that you may, or may have ovulated, but you might not!! If you do actually ovulate, it can also tell you after the fact or as many as 3 days before.

So, if you are charting and you know you are ovulating, than it is probably too soon to know if you are pregnant. You don't say how old you are, or how long you have been trying, but it can easily take up to a year or so for many women to become pregnant, with careful timing, using the 2 days before, and the day of ovulation.

I know that it can be so difficult and so frustrating, but take your time and do some charting. Try not to waste your energy and money on tests and wait it out. But even if you are pregnant, many women do not have enough Hcg in their system at that point in time to measure. Some never do, I know of women who have gone into labour and still get a negative pregnancy test.

Good luck and perhaps go to fertilitycoach.ca and read the article on journalling.

I know that when I asked my question on this site I wanted support from people that are going through the same things. Well your story seems to be similar to mine. I have been ttc for 5 or 6 months with no luck. I think I have learned many tips that I will use next month if I get AF, it is due on 9-20. So I have been trying like you and boom my sister in law is pregnant with her second after trying for 2 months, her first baby was conceived in 1 month. When I found out I was so happy for her, I love her, at the same time I was hurt. I don't know if you have seen Debbie Downer on SNL, but that is how I felt. This was last month when I found out and I was on my period which makes everything worse. We have to keep our heads up, because it will happen and will be that much more exciting when it does.

P.S. Wait a few more days and retest. I did the same thing this month, I know we get so freaking anxious, but we have to try and think happy thoughts. Best wishes.

I read from somewhere that women bodies are different that HCG level might build up late and take a longer time for some of them. I also read a lot of stories in forums saying that they only got BFP after 14dpo and even 17dpo. IPersonally, i think 12dpo is still early. it is not over yet until you had your period. Even if you period is coming, make sure it has a flows like you normally have. If it is not, it might be implantation bleeding. (strong pregnancy sign)
However, if it is your period, then you are not pregnant but try again! Good Luck!!

i'm interior an identical boat as you! My LMP began on the 9th, I ovulated on the 20 th. i'm death to renowned if i'm pregnant! My nipples are very sore, which they in no way have been until now. yet I nevertheless sense it extremely is purely too early to objective. it quite is my 0.33 month TTC with #2 and that i'm already ill and uninterested in dropping time and emotions on being pregnant tests. i will attend until i'm a minimum of one or 2 days late. until you have a limiteless quantity of economic and emotional materials, i might advise waiting, too. good success!!

Stop taking pregnancy tests until you're late for your period. The stress along of wanting to be pregnant and being depressed because its nagative due to early testing, is more than enough to keep you from getting pregnant.

Just have sex, dont think about babies, and go on with normal life. Its the best way to get pregnant.

Ive been where you are, and trust me, this advice is the best I ever got. The moment I followed it I got pregnant. :)
