First, have the husband refrain from ejaculating for at least three days prior to your ovulation window. This ensures plenteous volume and urgency.

Second, the woman should dress, act, say--whatever--the things that most excite her husband. This, coupled with the pent up sexual tension, will ensure a voluminous release of his sperm...and the explosiveness of his climax (due to his wife's exciting him) will cause him to shot his seed deeper into the woman (a good thing).

Third, during sex, but before the man is allowed to release, the woman should have him (or do it herself) bring her to orgasm once or twice. This ensures that she is fully receptive to his seed, if fully lubricated to give him (and her) maximum pleasure, etc.

Lastly, the postions are about HIM, not her, in this effort. It's to bring him to maximum fulfillment so that he can place his seed deep within his wife.

After sex, the wife may position herself to ensure the semen stays within her.

sticking your legs in the air and waiting for the miracle to happen!! If only! It took us 8 months to concieve our second child and we simply just waited until it happened, to help things along, once your partner has c*m inside you stay there or even fall asleep afterwards that helps the sperm stay in, certainly dont wash for a wee whilr after, also you could try putting a cushion under your bum and putting your legs in the air after ejaculaton and relax and enjoy the whole thing becuase it should be fun and it shouldnt be pressure every month! good luck

I've been trying to figure that out for about a year now, but I think this month might be the one. If it is, I'll let ya know.
