Are you talking about just being aroused, or about having an orgasm? Your question says arousal, but many of the answers are talking about orgasms.
Anyway...my best friend and I tell each other everything, and she's told me before that she usually shakes before she's about to have sex. I don't know if there's really a scientific explanation for why some women do this, but it's not all women.

Thats not true for all women. That's never happened to me. But I would guess its because women's orgasms are wayy more intense than a mans orgasm. We feel it througout our entire bodies, where you guys just feel it in the general "area". So if a woman shakes when she has an orgasm, it's most likely because she can't help it. Try to imagine what your orgasm feels like, but through your entire body.....that should give you an idea!

I feel no woman shakes involuntarily when sexually Aroused!
Their genitals get wet & slippery when they are aroused. If they have no means to get sex, then they might writhe in their bed wanting for sex.
Only in reels & dance floors, they shake & not in reality.
Please, don't get any ideas or make others get them.
Normally, women get aroused if they are touched & manipulated! Not like men getting aroused at the very thought of anything moving & has legs!

I shake when I am started to getting aroused because of the anticipation of what’s to come. I shake while I’m having sex because it makes every nerve in my body quiver. And I REALLY shake when I’m orgasming because it’s the culmination of all that fun.
