Imagine that you went to bar with about 5 male friends of yours.

At the bar, you saw some girls.

Some of your friends gave a spiked drink to one of those girls, she lost consciousness, and your friends took her to a motel where they abused her.

When she regained counsciousness, she didn't remember what happened.

For some reason, she knows you are not one of the people involved in this, but she asks you to tell her who did that to her, because she wants to file a complaint against those guys.

You know who did it.

So, what would be your reaction?

Would you tell her, or would you pretend you didn't know anything about it so that your friends wouldn't rebel against you?

First off is someone I know pulled that, they would no longer be my friends, and I wouldn't have let it happen to begin with. I would have no issue with telling her anything, and would even testify in court against them. I firmly believe in guilt by association in this case. You as a human being have the ability to make decisions for yourself as to what is right or wrong, moral or not. If you chose not to do what is right in this situation, then you are just as guilty as they are. Why would you be concerned about loosing these idiots as friends. What if that woman was your sister, wife, girlfriend, or mother... what would you want to happen? I sincerely hope this is something hypothetical you are asking, and not a serious dilema you are facing, cause if it is, then this is not the forum for this situation. If you want to be a man, then act like one and do the right thing.

1) They crossed a line when the drink was spiked. My friends aren't predators and rapists, so they are no longer my friends. If I didn't do anything to stop them, then ...

2) I have become an accessory to a felony. The only way that I can atone for what happened to the girl is to cooperate completely with the police. I wouldn't give the girl the names, but I'd go with her to talk to the police and give them the names.

Sounds like your friends are a bunch of pig losers that can only get somewhere with a girl if they drug her and rape her. Do you really want to be affiliated with such disgusting behavior. This girl has a right to know what happened, and your friends deserve to go to jail. You absolutely need to tell her and ditch your friends immediately. Its too bad you didn't have the courage to stop this from happening, but it is never too late to keep it from happening to some other girl in the future--do the right thing.

I would have stopped the girl from drinking the spiked drink in the first place and would no longer be friends with the ones doing that.

I am sorry that you didn't mention something sooner to this girl.

The girl has a right to know what happened. If you don't tell her, somebody must.

It breaks my heart that this is happening in the world we live. After reading this, I will have to make sure my daughter is aware of how people will go to great lengths to take advantage of her and her friends.

Don't tell her a thing just now, but call a criminal lawyer IMMEDIATELY. You are an accessory to a very serious crime. Call NOW do no hesitate.
