From CNN:
Simpson recently wrote a book originally titled "If I Did It." Simpson had a deal to publish the book, but it was canceled after a public outcry. A bankruptcy judge gave the book rights to the Goldmans.

The Goldmans renamed the book "If I Did It: Confessions of the Killer." It hit bookstores Thursday, the same day of the alleged memorabilia

Dear "who asked you" - would it be good enough for you if it was your son that was murdered?

I would not buy this book, I really don't care to know how he did it, if he did it. We already know the details of this case and have seen the crime scene photos and not to metion the endless hours of television coverage this case received. It's disgusting to me that OJ even wrote the book in the first place describing how he "would have" killed his childrens mother, how can his children even look there father in the eye knowing he published a book detailing the murder of there mother. Those poor children have been through enough and I think that both the Browns and Goldmans should finally let there loved ones rest in peace and stop all of this anger, hate and I'm sorry to say greed in their lives.

It's a hard question. Being that the Goldman's will receive profits from the book, that is a positive thing. OJ wrote this book to make money & now he can't. I, however, won't be buying the book. I watched the trial & will surely hear what's in it over the news media so I won't have to waste my time reading it.

No, I won't buy it and read it. I agree with the poster that said I think it's in poor taste.

I think this was over the minute the judge in the civil case rendered the verdict that he was liable. Both the Goldman's and the Brown's had to have known that O.J would do everything he could to skirt paying any settlement.

It should have been enough for them to have the public know that he was found guilty and that was their vindication.

No, I think they should have just cancelled the book all together. Them renaming it and making money off of it won't bring back their son and Nicole. It is a sad story. I believe that what goes around comes around; and, OJ has probably got himself into more trouble that he can't get himself out of. Them making profits off the book and getting control of his memorabilla they are doing it to get back at him.

No, I will not put one penny into Goldmans pocket no matter how few pennies some one on the msg board said he was getting for this. Ron needs to move on and stop disgracing his sons name for money.

No, I won't buy this book, and I actually think it was in poor taste that the Goldman's released it. I guess the greed for money is getting the better of them.

I actually think it is kind of disgusting that his parent would want that book out there. Is this going to prove anything and send OJ to jail for their murders? NO! Might they make a whole lot of money. Yes! I just think it is kind of sick if you ask me.

I'm going to the bookstore and turning each one of the books around. I might buy one and then burn it without reading.

Oh Yeah. He doesn't profit from it and you have to admit it's gonna be good. The Goldman's only make pennies for each book minus taxes and so on. They are by no means going to get rich from it. People want to read it.
