It is unrelated. When she is sufficiently stimulated, either by you or by herself, then it will happen.
Ask her, and experiment together. Try it together without concentrating on your own so you understand how it works for her. Sometimes it might be her first, sometimes later, and sometimes maybe together!

What do you think just cause a guy orgasms the girl does to? Are you aware that 70% of women under the age or 20 dont have orgasms? and that another 50 percent at the age of 20-30 dont either? most of it is faked?And we girls do a fine job of it! Women dont really hit their sexuality stage till their 30,s and during their 40,s most women are at their peek. Its a shame to that we must wait till were in our 40,s to really reach our womanhood, but studies have proved thru the years that these facts are true, most women under the age of 20 fake it and Im sure your saying to yourself no way! But the truth of the matter is that we girls would rather be hugged, kissed and talked to then laid. Guys are all about the visual thing, I mean they like to look at girls, us girls are more about emotions and get turned on by just being held. Were way different then guys. But dont be fooled, the only thing your gonna see coming out of a woman is her hand when she wants your money! That is till she reaches her sexual peek. Sorry if Ive burst your bubble about women but these are the truth as I know them, and believe me I have alot of friends and we do lots of girl talking, so this is just first hand knowledge.

no it can also happen in many different ways, like during foreplay or self stiulation,etc...explore and experimenty with each other to see what really excites and pleasures each other and listen to each others needs. theres nothing like being able to both have that moment together.
