I feel more relaxed after a phone call if everything is fine at the other end of my call. Like when I call my parents and everything is fine then I am relaxed. However, if things are not well on the other side then I get stressed!!!

Yeah-my parents can sort of be hit and miss, if you know what i mean. Sometimes after getting off the phone with them, i feel more relaxed; other times i feel 100% more stressed.

i'm not a great fan of speaking on telephones, so more often than not they stress me out, rather than relaxing me. especially if i've just had my mother on the phone for half an hour ! that's enough to stress anyone out !

That's a strange question!!!!! Of course it depends on so many factors. If in my case you count the countless calls to SKY to sort out problems then I'd say stressed to ther point of cracking up!!!!!
