no and i don't recommend it for certain things cause i told my step uncle that i forgave his brother for all the sex abuse when i was a kid and he turned around and raped his 12 year old daughter thinking she'd forgive him, and since then they both lie that either they forget or that it isn't true BS!

Same thing here, easy to give a forgiveness but when it comes of forgetting this is too hard to make coz i believe to the old saying that "the damaged has been done" it cause a marked into your heart and onto your mind does not so easy to forget....

It's never easy to forgive and forget. It's hard to forget, cuz you never will, but it's even harder to forgive. I guess you have to really love the person to find a way to forgive them.

Most of us can forgive and forget; we just don't want the other person to forget that we forgave

Forgiveness is robust bit I purely forgive and ill in no way act an identical around them my mom used to hit ne while i replaced into 3 and that i do no longer have confidence her I do something at the back of her back so I purely forgive yet I additionally forget!
