Well hi.interesting question.I feel first of all the person would suffer from a whole lot of ailments as his he would not get adequate supply of minerals ,he/she might also exhibit symptoms of hypervitaminosis, and also there's not enough roughage in the diet.Protien supply would also be a problem(you didn't specify chicken noodles) ,but all said and done every person would react differently to given conditions,as the immune structure and genetic make up differs from person to person.

You would be lacking protein in your diet. Ramen would supply the carbohydrates and some fats, the pills would supply the vitamins and the trace elements, but you would need a source of protein. If the ramen were in a beef broth (real beef, not just flavour), then you might get enough, otherwise you would need to get protein from milk or catch an occasional rat etc.

A korean guy who could not eat rice had to eat ramen noodles all his life. He did it for over 20 years. But he did eat KIM CHI with his noodles. He couldn't eat meat or any other vegetable. Because so many asians eat ramen noodles, they do a lot of studies on it. And they changed the government standards to make it healthier. I'm sure its the KimChi that saved his life so pop those vitamins when you eat those noodles.

Sure, but even with the vitamins there is the potential for health problems. You really need a more balanced diet. Not ever day but somewhat consistently.

I would think that if you are headed to college, there would be a requirement for beer drinking also. If you are paying the usual college fees, and you live in a dorm, your meals will be included.

Yes. There was an account of an Indian boy in Malaysia who lives by drinking Milo (a type of multi-vitamin chocolate beverage) daily.

Sort of. Occasionally I could afford some oatmeal, hotdogs, and on really rare treats some hamburger helper w/ hamburger. Every now and again I would spurge and buy some frozen orange juice. But I counted on stealing limes at the bar to keep the scurvy at bay.
College sucks when you're poor.

Doubt it... you also need minerals, fibers and adequate amounts of carbs, proteins and lipids. Plus, the same diet all over again would probably not translate well for your immune system, or general health for that matter (even psychologically).
