What does it means,data have been normalize and its result is the zero value

I think this depends on the context. But a very usual normalization is to divide each element of a (finite) data set by the sum of their elements. So, if {x1,x2,....xn} is your dara set and S = x1 +....x_n is not zero, then the normalized set is composed of {x1/S, x2/S.....xn/S}. The sum of this set is 1.
