let's face it, the type of people that would go on a show to announce thier problems are pretty dysfunctional anyway. i think cheating is bad enough, let alone letting the whole world see you humiliate your mate on national TV. anyone that would do that just isnt right.

Well I always believed that the stuff that happens in Jerry Springer is mostly staged, but if it's not the case, some people are so lonely and yearning for attention that they would go as far as making completes asses of them selves just to have their 15 minutes of fame.. I would never be a guess in that type of show a person would have to be an idiot to fall for that and also yearning for attention.. is T.V. Trash.

I do not think there is ever cause to publicly embarrass your significant other. People who go on talk shows to discuss their marital or fidelity problems are usually looking for a support system to ensure that their partner will more carefully react to the news than if they were at home. They may also be hoping that the host of the show can try to smooth some of the issues over before they leave. If you do have marriage and fidelity problems, you should be talking with your spouse or significant other at home or at the office of a marriage counselor if you are concerned about their reaction. There is no need to humiliate your spouse or significant other or to air your family's dirty laundry on television.

That being said, I have heard that primarily people who are on those talk shows are either paid actors, actors in training, or simply people who want to be in the spotlight for their fifteen minutes of fame. They may or may not actually be experiencing the issue they are talking about. They also probably don't care as much about the other person as they do about seeing their own mug on television.

Anyone who appears on that show is nothing but sub human trash anyway. Airing your dirty laundry to the sum of about three thousand dollars. Only goes to show that some people have the morals of a prostitute. They'll do anything to themselves for money.

Actually...to all you hookers out there I apologize. Your morals are considerably more stellar than those clowns.

This "show" is disgusting. It's pure trash. Anyone who would air their private matters in public has no self worth.

I don't know what these people get paid for doing this, but It must be worth it to them.

I would NEVER be on that show, unless I was so desperate for cash I didn't care what happened to me.
