common sense, i believe it is called listening to the opinions of others in order to gather information to make an educated decision, isn't that what this forum is for?

I appreciate people who do make those investments, because thats what make the financial world go around. I am very conservative, and will only invest in property. I know we aren't going to find more of that!

Great idea.... ask investment questions from total strangers whose qualifications and motives can never be known by you.
Good luck with that.
I think you're thinking about investing. What you're doing is gambling. Not a great way to make money in the stock market.
