am trying to change system time showing this error:: you donot have proper privillage level to change system time why showing this message am using windows xp professional operating system pls help me .....

Is this your own home computer? It sounds like you don't have administrator rights to me. I never had trouble settin the clock.

Is it your personel computer or using in an office. The login you used would not have sufficient privelage. You must contact the administrator. If you have admin rights you have to check the rights for the login you are using.

Your user account does not have administrative privilige and you cannot change the time (as well as some other functions) without it.
