Old fashioned way mile markers on the nations highway system and a stop watch. You will find the car has to be traveling faster than 60 to make 60 second miles. And after you find out your spedo is reading more than 4 miles an hour slow you can join a class action law suit against Honda and other Manufacturers the attorneys clam that people are getting cheated out of warranty. With different size tires your speed might be as much as 20% wrong.

I have done it before by finding a long open stretch of divided highway and have a friend drive along side me and with the windows rolled down you can communicate with each other to compare speedo reading at different speeds. CAUTION! Be extra careful though. Make sure you keep your eyes on the highway. It helps to have 2 people in each car.

you need to find some place that has a dynomometer...so you can set the car up, let it run and let the computer correct if needed.
