He has been lucky. With dinesh kartick doing so well batting and fieldind dhoni shd consider himself very lucky by being appointed captain.
He would or should have lost his place after the world cup.

dhoni s gud hitter but his performance has decreased in the past few matches, he should improve as he s also the captain of the side.

Dhoni is not looking much confidenece now a days in his batting it may be pressure of captaincy but it doesn't matter.

He has changed his style of play and play according to circumstances of the game. When he started his carreer, he used to go on hitting from the word go. However, he has changed a lot now and try to settle down before hitting out.
