It's good for you & it's nice withsugar and a little milk. Bergamot oil is a good cheerer upper like Mozart.

If I have to drink tea, Earl Grey is the only kind I particularly like, aside from homemade masala chai, but that's something totally different really.
Chamomile is ok, very light and airy.

I LOVE EARL GREY TEA...It's my favorite...
you probably don't make it properly...the water has to be boiling and you put the bag in for on;y a minute or two - not too much time...you also shouldn't put sugar or at least put only one teaspoon...it's much better if you try lemon...

shame on you elric; tea is very good for you some times if you are sick , the doctor will tell you to drink some tea it does'nt matter what kind, tea has some healing particule in them and it will help you if you have a cold or the flu it also help with a stomach virus and is good for baby when they have colic, i gruw up drinking tea with milk or some lime or limon. take care.

It`s the only tea I drink. Earl grey with bergamot and one sweetex. (you DIDN`T put milk with it did you...?)

Yes it is lovely , but you have to drink it in a china cup with a slice of lemon in the afternoon (and a piece of cake with it). Great. Definately don't put milk or sugar in it.
