Breached makes no sense in the sentence. I believe the writer meant to say "reached."

Indeed. "Breached" would mean something is broken, i.e. penetrated; as such it makes absolutely no sense in the sentence. It is most likely a typo, as the removing the "b" gives the word "reached" which makes far more sense.

What the Hell is wrong with you. 2 problems. Hell should have a capital 'H' and 'L's at the end not 'i's
