i have a 2gb transcend pendrive and my motherboard supports booting from removable drives..

Actually the cd's are getting damaged so thought of this idea....

I know that XP setup reads the label on the CD. It probably will know it's not on a CD, but who knows? Sometimes experiment is the best teacher.
