need scientific answer and its possible for other color to appear

Because there are only 7 colors in the spectrum..roygbiv...in other words red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and voilet.

A rainbow does not only appear in 7 colors!
The colors flow into eachother and with every color in between we have countless colors in a rainbow.
The next thing is that the human eye can not see every color of the spectrum there is. Birds for example can see more than we can.

It does not. What you see is a spectrogram of the solar spectrum within the human visible spectrum. Each discrete arc of a rainbow is light with a single, unique wavelength. Colors such a brown cannot be created with monochromatic light, but require light of more than one wavelength.
