Neutrons were invented by Dr. Fredrick Neutronium to stabilize the nuclei of all but the lightest element. Prior to its invention, nuclei consisted exclusively of closely packed protons. Such nuclei, however, would spontaneously explode due to the fact that the (charged) protons repel each other to a greater degree than the hadronic force could contain. This proved very inconvenient for nuclear physics experiments because it prevented nuclei from being observed (observers require nuclei of at least atomic number 6). The neutron, having no Coulomb charge, greatly improved the hardronic binding force, stabilizing most nuclei. Today, adding neutrons to nuclei is a standard practice in every nuclear research facility.

neutrons is not invented by anyone here on earth. it was there since the creation of the world read genesis chapter 1 specially in the Creation of light. Neutrons were just discovered by some scientist and were created by a Supreme being which humans called God.
