Don't know, but I've heard that claustrophobics won't shut up, whereas agoraphobics are spaced out...
Do arachniphobes get spun out if they go on the web?

Do you mean hide the fact they are claustrophobic? Or not bother people bwith it by confining it? Being claustrophobic is not easy and can be limiting to doing certain activities. I don't think they readily hide it, just prefer not to discuss it. Getting over it is another matter. Making small achievments means a lot to someone who suffers.

They would rather come out of the closet and walk around the marketplace if they don't have agoraphobia also.

Actually I thought of 13 ways they could confine their phobia but my triskaidekaphobia kept me from listing them.

They need to seek out wide open spaces,but perhaps thats to big a step to take at one go,so narrow open spaces would be a start
