Order of orbitals to fill by the Aufbau Principle:
1s, 2s, 2p, 3s, 3p, 4s, 3d, 4p, 5s, 4d, 5p, 6s, etc.

s holds 2 electrons, p holds 6, d holds 10, f holds 14

1. K has 19 electrons.
1s^2 2s^2 2p^6 3s^2 3p^6 4s^1

2. S has 16 electrons.
1s^2 2s^2 2p^6 3s^2 3p^4

3. Kr has 36 electrons.
