In Cricket anything can happen. Nobody expected India to win the 1983 world cup, but you know what happened.
But as per India's experience in 20-20 format, it stands as an rank outsider

Well if you're talking about India's future matches (tomorrow's against Eng, and Thur's against SA, then it could be possible. As nobody had expected Zimbabwe to beat Australia or Bang to beat Windies.
If about tournament, then India's has 60% cahnce

India has a chance only if they beat the good going South Africa i think if they beat South Africa and Engalnd then they advance into the SemiFinals and from, then on I think they have a good chance
