Does anyone know how to change a fuel filter in a 1993 Isuzu bighorn?

Need to know how to bleed the diesel system once i have changed the filter.

Ive never had to "bleed" the fuel system. some of them actually have a manual pump for this occasion, while others you just have to be patient and just keep cranking the engine over until it starts.
