I drink way too much. I mean a lot. I also smoke. I heard of a drug that blocks the nicotine receptors in your brain so that if you do smoke, you don't get anything out of it. It's supposed to be pretty effective.

u know wht u shld do.. every time u have an urge to smoke a ciggerette.. burn a 5 dollar bill.. my psychology teacher told me this.. so everytime you smoke u burn a 5 dollar bill..
this will teach yr mind not to smoke thus preventing u frm smoking.. just keep trying... u will make.. stay positive and believe in yrself..
u can also see a councelor or talk to a doctor regarding this.. they may give u some great advice..
also visit diff sites and try to find out as much about how smoking harms u. look at gross pics.. study up..

ohhh.....yeah smoking is a terrible habit.
I would say my worse one is Im a chronic handwasher, which seems like a good idea......but I have to do it alot! I mean ALOT! I dont have OCD that I know of, but I cant stand the thought of letting more than 30 minutes go by without washing my hands......

I drink too much (Alcoholism). When I don't drink I smoke weed and eat junk food. I also mastubate about 5 times a day.

smoking. I'm hooked on "ciggies"(filtered cigar-cigarettes) mine cost a buck a pack at the smoke shop, I love the grape & cherry flavored ones-they smell & taste good.

Quit cold turkey. You'll sleep better and you won't feel sick anymore. My bad habit is licking the steak knife. I've got a scar on my tongue to prove it.

Yes it is easy...you just have to find an really important event to quit smoking...and in a behalf of that not to start...I don't say it is easy...but worths to try...it is not impossible also.
