Because Bill had numerous times to take out Bin Laden. The guy that actually set up and helped pull off 9/11. The "inside job" claims have been thoroughly and completely debunked, numerous times.

Not everyone blames Bill Clinton for 9/11, at least not directly. They blame him for the lack of awareness that led up to 9/11. This atrocity was in the plannings for a long time and much of those plans were conducted under his watch.

NO ONE actually knows it was an inside job though there are many disillusioned out there who think they do.

Clinton sat behind his desk with his zipper down throughout his presidency and should have instead been focused upon taking care of the problem long, long ago.

But, he chose to lead the country in the disillusionment that all was safe on the home front instead - like all good dems like to do even to this day.

Essentially they are ashamed that the greatest failure in US intelligence since WW2 happened on thier guy's watch. They are ashamed that he was warned about the possibility of such an attack when he took over but chose to ignore it.
They are ashamed that it was thier party that funded and supported these guys in the 80s.
They are ashamed that the responsible parties for every terrorist attack on the US during Clinton's time is either dead or behind bars (including the two right wing white Christians - one a registered republican).
The exception is of course the 2000 bombing that happened 3 mths before Bush took over. They are ashamed that he did not continue Clinton's good work in tracking down those that attacked us and so possibly emboldened our enemies enough to attack us on our soil for the first time in nearly a decade.
They are ashamed that in 1998 when Clinton came within a couple of hours of killing Bin Laden in a missile strike in Afghanistan they actually criticized it because they wanted his full attention on the wasteful, partisan attacks thier prosecutors were focussing on him.
So they invent these lies about Clinton in the hope some people will forget who really was stunningly negligent. And then even after they have been debunked they just keep peddling them out. (it is interesting that daiel l, homed and commonsense have already answered this question with perfect examples of these lies yet no sources..)

As for BL working for Uncle Sam.... It's too bad he doesn't, then someday soon we could just bring him forth and hang him high.... He's as much as acccepted responsibility for 911 and now he should suffer the consequences. WHATEVER they may be.

Okay...It wasn't an inside job. Clinton did absolutely nothing to recognoze or quell the Islamofascost threat. That is why. Even after the first WTC bombing, the USS Cole, the US embassy bombings in Africa, Clinton did nothing.
