In no order...

Tom Osborne (255-49-3) - 83.6%
3 national championships & 60-3 his last five seasons; one of the most down to earth people ever.

Joe Paterno (366-121-3) - 75.3%
Paterno probably doesn't even remember when Paterno wasn't coaching- a true icon in college football.

Knute Rockne (105-12-5) - 88.1%
Holtz and Leahy got nothing on Rockne- Four Horsemen, The Gipper, forward passing, Rockne had it all.

Woody Hayes (205-61-10) - 76.1%
"What Vince Lombardi was to professional football, Woody Hayes was to college football." - nuff said

Bear Bryant (323-85-17) 78%
The man actually wrestled a bear, oh, and is rightfully considered by most to be the greatest coach in college football ever.

Honorable Mention:
Pete Carroll
To young to be called 'greatest', but is definitely headed that direction.

I like all your pick, all these great coaches deserved to be one of the greatest coach of all time, they all contribute in so many different way, that's why they're so great.

Here my top 5 in no particular order.
Bobby Bowden, Joe Paterno, Woody Hayes, ok these 2 USC coaches each won 4 national titles Howard Jones, one of the best coaches in the 30's and John McKay. I guess the Bear, Bear Bryant round out my top 5, i thought it just a little fun to add 2 USC coaches as 1 and 1A in Howard Jones and Mckay. Pete Carroll is not their yet in term of longevity maybe down the line like 5-10 years from now and I'm a USC fan here, i just don't think Carroll is there yet.
