to have the McCanns return to Portugal.

What do you think of that?

I think it's great news and shows that the case is weakening.

Don't ask me for a link as I don't know how to do it but try MSN and then Sky

Did you see "tonight" with Trevor McDonald? It certainly cast a lot of doubt on any case the Portuguese police have against the McCanns.

It's enough that they have lost their daughter. That alone must be putting them through hell. To be accused of killing her on top of that is just adding to their misery. I think they were wrong to leave the children alone while they went to a restaurant, but they have to live with that. I'm sure they won't do it again with the other two children.

It does not show the case is weakening. The McCanns will be questioned by UK police, in the UK with Portuguese police present.

This means nothing. It's just more speculation, unnamed sources say. rubbish. There has been no official statement, just the pro-mccanns say about all the negative press. Speculation.

Nothing in this case is "great news" Madeleine is still "missing". The only "great news" is if she were to be found alive and well. This is not about her parents escaping justice, this is about justice for Madeleine who we are being asked still to look for! It seems to me as if the parents never even started to look for her. I wonder why?

it is good news if it is true and after all the hysteria we have to be careful. I always thought the case was shoddy to say the least

It has become the Portuguese law V the British establishment,,and if the Portuguese have no stomach for a fight then the McCanns will have got away with it.......The UK old boy network is alive and kicking,,,,unlike Madeleine
