He played college football for the Oregon Ducks under the name Bobby Moore, before being drafted and having an ok carreer in the NFL for the Vikings.

I have seen footage of Ahmad Rashad in a NBA uniform (I thought it was philly, but it could of been phoenix).. and he sunk a jumpshot and ran back up court. It was late 80's.
That was it. No other highlights.
I might have it somewhere on my old tapes... but i'd have to go through at least 70 vids. I'm pretty sure I didn't label my tapes with "Ahmad Rashad Footage". I confirm this question though. I think he went to training camp, or pre-season. Or even maybe a short contract with a team.
They aired this footage when Willow Bay was co-anchor on Inside Stuff. Man this brings back memories.

Ahamad Rashad (real name Bobby Moore) was a pro football wide receiver, but never played in the NBA.
you may be thinking about Rashad Lewis..who was rumored to have been named after Ahamad Rashad, or the fact that he is a sportcaster for the NBA on NBC.

I'm guessing this is about LeBron 1 18 09? Anyways, no one has ever played in the NBA and the NFL at the same times. This isn't really possible seeing as the seasons interfere largely. Many players, however have played in the MLB and the NFL at the same time, such as Deion Sanders.

Nope, he played fooseball. But if he was to run a play like that, it probably would've been with MJ and Pippen because Ahmad was all over MJ in the 90's, even more so than his wife.

Never played in the NBA...
...but he did play college football as Bobby Moore where I saw him play in Austin as Bobby Moore, a wide receiver, when his college team, Oregon, played against the Texas Longhorns as I recall in the fall of 1971.
