The flash, because he can move through hard objects, but superman couldn't. He could even travel back in time as long as he wants, but superman only for a limited time, then he'd have to rest and go again. I also read in information about the flash, that he was faster than superman and (Marvel) quicksilver..... Oh and he is named for, The Fastest Man Alive. That's why flash is faster than superman.

It's been pretty well established that, on the ground at least, the Flash is faster.
Whether Superman's top flying speed is faster than the Flash's top running speed seems to change depending on the writer's whim.

if superman can fly/cheat then superman but if its only running the flash will win because the flash is the fastest man alive and although he is from another world superman is a man

Well it think its flash, based on Justice league BUT
in others like movies Its would be SuperMan
Well some says Superman have all the ability. But Flash specialty is speed thats why his name is Flash.
Well for the conclution FLASH is more faster....

Superman is faster but only in the air.
he is not accustomed to running fast and that is what the flash does all the time.
they have race b4 and supes could not keep his feet on the floor

The Flash. He can move so fast that he can move through solid objects by moving his molecules in his body super fast. (He's done it before at least) Superman isn't even close.

Many people answered that flash is faster,but some say that superman is better bcoz he is fast and strong...so I'd say that the winner is...(*drumroll*)...SUPERFLASH aka. FLASHERMAN! or whatever combination it is =P
