This is a leather repair product/coloring kit. Was wondering if anybody had heard of it or perhaps used it. Would like some info on the product...

We have not come across this brand of product before. DIY kits sold on the internet are generally to be shied away from. You need to be very certain about the type of leather you have and how it has been finished before you embark on any repair products.

Using pigments on an aniline style leather would ruin it and change it completely and the problem would be difficult to rectify even for qualified technicians like ourselves.

If you have any doubts ring the company up and ask to speak to their technical director and see what sort of information they give you. We run a helpline for technical problems and always support products fully.

DIY kits very rarely use professional products - proper kits use pigments that are mixed to match or dyes that are suitable and sent with instructions specific to the damage that is being repaired. Generic kits cannot do this.

This is the industry I work in, I dont know of the specific one you refer to but please be careful; it really depends on the type of leather you have whether generic kits will improve a bit or make things worse. Custom consulted kits like ours are considerably more expensive but they work. If you want to try a kit that is generic please please test in an inconspicuos place. They are often very bad chemistry as they are not properly tailored to an application but general and can severely mess up the surface layer of your leather.
Caution is the order of the day when dealing with these things.
Best of luck
David
