My medical office gave me a quote of $400.00. I paid that apon arrival of my doctor visit. I get a bill for $1,200 as the remaining balance after a $400.00 payment. They claim the women who gave me the written quote doesn't work in the office anymore and she didn't put my quote in my file. I will have to pay this bill without insurance. What can I do?

If you have a WRITTEN quote, you have a leg to stand on in Court.
