There are two separate fuses. Under the dash there is a 7.5 amp fuse #8 for the blower motor relay control side. In the underhood fuse box there is a 30 amp fuse #17 for the blower motor relay as well as the blower motor relay itself.

if the motor doesn't work at all the chances are that the relay is bad rather than the fuses. If you have high speed on the blower but no lower speeds then the relay and fuses are good but the blower motor resistor that controls the fan speeds is bad.

the underhood relay will identify the location of the heater/ac fuse and the blower motor relay either on the cover or under the cover. I think there is a label on the under dash fuse panel as well.

hope that helps
