Torn should be underlined, a past participle. You are correct that it modifies the noun kite.

Correct, going is part of the verb phrase.

"feeling" is a present participle modifying "she"

"torn" is a past participle modifying "kite"

"going" is a present participle forming part of the verb "are going"
