My husband left our home two weeks ago, I have no idea as to where he is living. I am 5 months pregnant with his child, my net income is 1200/ month his is 4000/month, i am on my companys insurance and have dedutibles and such in dealing with this pregnancy. I have been left with the bills, and the headaches. I am trying to understand if I can get some type of payments out of him up to the time I deliver my baby and then can go for child support. I live in Pennsylvania, I was told that domestic relations might be able to help me, as I can not afford a lawyer in this matter. If anyone can help, I would appreciate the advice. We have been married for five years and I never thought this would happen to me. Thanks!!

If you know the company he works for or his social security number, you will be able to get child support, and spousal support. Get a legal aid attorney. If you do not know where they are located in your area, you can probably get that information from the district attorney's office in your community. They will be able to garnish his wages for your support. Don't move out of the home if you own it. You should be able to get use of the home until the child is grown.

call a local family law attorneys office, and ask them over the phone what you should do. if you have any bank accounts go to the bank and take all the money out of the accounts, cause if you dont, he will if he has not yet. dont delay. dont be helpless, you are not 'stuck' with bills, get some legal help by this time tomorrow. you are two weeks into this, i do understand at first you thought he would come back? it is bizarre you dont know where he is. is he unstable? if his income is so much, you must know where he works. anyway, get legal help

most of all, stay calm. it is very bad for your baby if you get too upset. get upset after the baby is born. sorry for the bad timing, if you have family , now is the time for them to help you.

Spousal help varies very much from state to state. I stay in Illinois and to get spousal help the marriage had to be severely long, the substantial different would have had to sacrifice his or her occupation for the family members, and that i think of there is something with reference to the version in incomes potentials of the spouses. i think of I heard purely one million/6 of divorces in IL have any spousal help. be sure you be waiting to get toddler help, in spite of if this is going to in no way be retroactive. so which you will attempt to get a court docket order for toddler help ASAP. additionally, the opportunities are a good distance on your want for custody once you are the only at the instant looking after your toddler. Your employment status could have not any result on toddler help or custody.
