Our highly trained staff of crack professionals (the Marx Brothers, the Three Stooges and Dumb & Dumber) are working diligently to address the problem (We spilled a cup of hot coffee on the hamster); and to correct the problem as soon as possible (all the pet stores are closed - and Mike's arm gets tired of spinning the wheel), while the rest of us (management, etc), drink coffee and talk about how to deal with the blame and punishment aspect of the problem when it's finally corrected.
Thank you for your patience, we will soon return to our standard, sub-standard level of service.

Every once in a while a download form Y!A goes bonkers, and you get all this kind of junk and rubbish. It takes them a while to determine what line of language is causing the glitch, but it does get fixed

it happens from time to time Yahoo is trying their hardest to update the system to keep up with all the people using it and make it run more smoothly for us the users lol.... it will last long enough to drive you nuts, then just when you are ready to snap and go to bed, it will be over
