I'm actually still having problems with it. It keeps switching back and forth from blank avatars and zero points to being normal again. I have to keep refreshing everything, it's kind of annoying.

I just signed in and it said, Level 0, no points.I nearly had a fit!! Seems ok now though. In UK by the way.
