I usually feel sad. Wanted the pleasure of reading to carry on.

Disappointed that it's finished.
I never start a new book on the same day I finished a book so i can think about the book i just finished for a while.

Depends on the book I read. Last book I read was of course Harry Potter. I felt good. I got my closure! Before that I read The Alchemist and it made me feel inspired. I actually read the Pam Anderson book the first one and felt intrigued to know more. So yeah, just depends on the book.

If it was a sad, but good book, I feel kind of depressed and happy at the same time. If it had a happy ending, I feel great. If I learned something, I feel inspired.

Great! I am reading "Reservation Road" and the movie comes out next month...starring Joaquin Phoenix and I always like to read the book first. This is a good story too.

Ah. Well, that depends on the book. If it was a strain to get through, then I feel like, "Whew. Glad that's over!" If it gripped me with talons and wouldn't let me go? ... "OMG! NO! I WANT MORE!! This CAN'T be the end. NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!" If I didn't like the style of writing but the subject/premise was good, then, "Darn! I wish that had been written better."

I feel good...accomplished and sometimes really sad because i didnt want the book to end

Accomplished, usually. If it's good, I am excited and eager to find another by that author. I can't wait to tell friends and family about it. If it's not so good, I feel a bit let down. But either way, it feels good. :)
