They usually dont
I do not approve. I do not approve of drug use in general, but I do believe we shoud have the right to do what we want during our own time. I do not believe smoking pot will affect work in general. From my experience, people that tested + for THC are usually harder workers than most, and more times than not, some of the more intelligent employees I worked with, and that includes my time in the MILITARY.
