Ya, if ya wanna be a jerk. But it will be fought in court as if the child is indeed yours, you are legally obligated to support the minor child (and morally) and that may supercede any jerky requests by a dead beat dad.

There are laws of succession, you should check your state to be sure....Most generally a will succeeds all laws but make sure..

Absolutely. In most states you can will your money to whomever you want.
