Or is that just a New Orleans term?

I never did until I met one of the best friends I have ever had in my life. I met her in the 70s. She was from Mississippi and she would refer to people as "low-down," and I started to also. She also referred to people as heifers too. We had so much fun. She was killed in a flash flood at the Tex-Arkana border. I still miss her.

Question Queen, looking at your picture reminds me of her. She looked somewhat like you. We met when we were a little younger than you are now.
