Use one hand's thumb and index finger to hold onto the front of the earring. Using the other hand's thumb and index finger hold onto the back part of the earring, that holds your earring onto your ear. Gently pull both the front of the earring, and the back of the piece. If the earring doesn't come out apply more pressure whilst pulling. GL

The first couple times you take out earrings it will hurt a bit. But DO NOT worry! After a couple times of taking out the earrings, you won't even feel it. First, hold the front of your earring, and pull on the back. Like I said it will probably hurt, so if you feel pain, don't let go, it's normal, and you will probably only accomplish losing your earring. Hope this helps!

follow all the others suggestions but before you know it is 100% healed. Try to turn the earring in different directions, make sure it does not stuck. Also make sure there is no more pain, use your finger to press around the earring. If there is no more pain that means you are ready. Another suggestion is to change to a gold stud earring, avoid using the hook or ring type.

First - have you been cleaning them every day? Yes, good.
Turning them every day? Yes, good.
Any discharge from earring area? No?
Then you are ready!
1] get supplies first - alcohol, Qtips, new pair of earrings
2] carefully pull backs off. Clean earring and back with alcohol. Let air dry.
3] carefully remove second back and earring. Clean with alcohol and let dry.
4] wash both ears [ in shower or bath if you wish, scrubbing away any dead skin from under earrings -
may be a tiny bit ]
5] gently replace with clean or new earrings
NOTE: if earring holes ever look inflamed or sore, remove those earrings, replace with nickel free or sensitive ears earrings, and dab antibiotic ointment twice a day
