Dude, you really need to seek the truth, Clinton's perjury charge had nothing to do with Whitewater, he perjured himself in the Paula Jones case and Monica was pertinent to that case, as they were attempting to prove that Clinton had a history of sexual misconduct. Paula had taped conversations between herself and Monica, when Monica spilled the beans Clinton denied it, he also was charged with obstruction of justice, this is what caused his impeachment.

EDIT: Update, I see some people are mis-informed Ken Star had nothing at all to do with the Monica Lewinsky scandal, other than to testify before the House Judiciary Committee in connection with the Lewinski impeachment proceedings. His purpose of being there was to give a report on the Whitewater findings. Monica came up in a civil case filed by Paula Jones, Clinton tried to claim executive privilege but that was over turned by the Supreme Court, making Clinton the first President to be sued while in office.
Star was not directly related to Monica, he was with Whitewater, Travelgate and Filegate.
