Revenues are static. Profits down slightly. Expenses steady but slightly lower. Interest expenses shrinking.

All of this is telling stockholders, who are looking for screaming advantages. Stock traders are simply not interested. Volume is increasing, stock price is rising, I think it is about to turn around.
