I would bet the answer is sometimes. But not being a twin or a woman makes it a guess. Some may not if they have gained weight differently over time. Bra sizes go by all measurements to determine cup size so it may be just that sometimes.

Biologically, yes. But factors like weight, overall health and diet and exercise habits plus breastfeeding could make them different.
The person above didnt say if she was an identical twin or a fraternal twin. that makes a big difference.

If they both have exercised the same and eaten the same and not had children...they would probably be very close.
