I use engine cleaner and cat litter, spray area with cleaner and wait until cleaner dissolve the oil, about 5 min ,then pour cat litter on solvent let it absorb the solvent, then sweep up litter, then pour litter again on area without using solvent this time, only the litter, now step on litter with your shoe and mash litter into area of the oil, then swipe up litter, hope that helps, it works for me.

Unless you want to get crazy with a power washer and blast some of the cement away with the oil, I recommend Simple Green. Spray it on or pour it on the spot and then work the spot with a regular straw broom and then rinse it off with water. It works good, smells nice and is environmentally friendly.
Anything that does not come off immediately will wash away in a good rain storm and the sunlight will bleach any remaining stains away.
Good Luck!

Speedy Dri, cover the area with it and use a push broom. Turn the broom over so the bristles are facing up and grind the speedy dri into the oil to soak it up. Repeat as needed.

Talcum powder--soaks it up and should leave a minimal stain that will go away with time. Dispose of the powder used to soak up the oil---try bleach after a good soak period and clean up. Let the bleach sit for an hour or two. Soak that up with talcum powder and dispose of it properly.

You should be able to get an acid cleaner from your local diy store, works a treat and less elbow grease.
