Please use "^" to indicate a power.
Problem 1, n= sqrt(Tn/4)
From this relation, n=7 and Tn=196

Prolem 2. Set tn=850 and solve for n
Since the 1st term according to the formula is 1000, the n+1 term of the sequence is 850.
