tylonal nighttime has benedryl added to it which is totally safe for the baby. You might just have gotten lucky and she's sleeping for you. If you are seriously worried about it go drink a glass of fruit juice or regular soda and give it 20 minutes...she'll be bouncing around for sure!

the sleep med in tylenol PM is the same med as in benedryll, and thats safe for pregnancy. I don;t kknow if the meds made the baby sleepy or if its just a coincidence.

The average normal pregnancy is not affected by small doses of tylenol.

Tylenol PM contains tylenol and Diphenhydramine. Diphenhydramine is rated pregnancy category B and is generally accepted as safe during pregnancy.

However I would be cautious using it in late pregnancy as it can cause withdrawal, it is oxytocic, and can cause complications if taken 2 weeks before a preterm birth.
