Check your dsl filters are connected correctly, and you MUST have one on the connection to the dsl modem. All phones, answering machines, telephones and faxes must have filters. Remove the power and wait a few seconds, then plug back in. If this does not help, contact your ISP.

Look in your instruction/setup book. If you can't find the answer there, or don't have a book, contact Qwest. My neighbor and friend had problems with their modem. Turned out both the modem was bad, and, the switch at the Qwest location needed to be switched on.

The DSL light blinking means your modem cannot connect to the DSL server. The issue could lie in the modem itself, the connection between your modem and your wall jack, or the line from your house to the server. Contact your DSL provider and they will do a line test.
Do you have DSL filters installed in all other phone jacks in your house. Make sure no filter is installed between your modem and the wall jack your modem is connected to, only wall jacks other phones are connected to.

They internet should be blinking rapidly and green and the DSL should be steady green. If they are blinking slowly and regurlarly or are not green try re-setting your modem by unplugging the power cord from the back for ten seconds, then plugging it back in. It should re-connect to everything and be ready to go within about two minutes.
